We have now completed 3 weeks and, officially, 1429 miles. I've done some extra miles, just getting lost, and have stretched 3 long days into centuries, making a total of 5 so far, and a deficit of only 111 miles, even with the sick days.
Several riders are leaving us here, including Rose Seliga, pictured above, and her brother, Joe Wilhelm. Rose was my personal physician the last 4 days. I'd like to thank her, along with Sue and Linda, my personal nurses. Happy Birthday Sue -- we're the same age for the next 2 weeks.
