This is going to be cold, so I pack wind pants, full-fingered gloves and 2 jackets. There's some serious climbing and beautiful Sierra scenery, starting with Norton Grade
Road, and our 1st exposure to the notorious I-80 (where the shoulder was rough but the grade was consistent. The highlight, by far, was climbing and then descending Donner Pass. The need for speed.
